1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using craft.wang, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of Alberta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of craft.wang, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 13 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use craft.wang to:

• Post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Post or transmit any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
• Harass, stalk, or otherwise harm other users

5. Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to craft.wang. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on craft.wang, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of craft.wang or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of craft.wang is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

craft.wang is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, craft.wang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless craft.wang and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Alberta.
